Beginner Pole Dance and Intermediat Pole Dance Classes Taugth By Alex. Having trained taught and competed in local international and world competitions and earning judging credentials in International Pole Sports Federation, Alex enthusiasticly brings Pole sport and pole art to the Sunshine Coast at Ambassadress Studios and Local Specail Events. Beginner classes are progressive, Strength and endurance not needed to get started variations and modifications for differant abilities.
