This is the entry level class were we teach fun and flashy moves on the Pole that anyone can master.

You don't need to be a athlete to enjoy this class,

short sleeved top and medium length shorts recommended

Pole Static and Spin

This is a Progressive Class in Pole Dance.

This is were we leave the ground and learn to fly

prerequisites for this class are taught in the beginner class.

Exotic pole focuses on the sexy side of pole.

Its a super fun Genre of pole.
